For all bookings we take a pre-authorisation of $0 to secure the reservation. We do not charge the card unless you breach our cancelation policy. Late cancellations and no shows make it very hard for us to continue to provide the high level of service we strive to achieve, as a result of this we have the following booking policy.
We require 1 hours notice of cancellation or change in your reservation, If after this time you fail to notify us of any change or cancellation, we reserve the right to charge $0 that has not attended.
We understand that sometimes things happen and will always be accommodating if we feel that you have done your best to keep us up to date with any changes. If you feel you have been unfairly charged please contact us and we will review the circumstances of your cancelation.
